Premium Polyaspartic Coatings Prep Work
With our prep work consisting of grinding the entire area the goal is to open up those concrete pores to make sure our polyurea base bonds accordingly with the concrete as it cures creating a solid bond. Also repairing all imperfections such as cracks and even areas where it is severely pitted. Cracks are opened and resealed then once our sealer is cured and ready to grind, it will be grinded to a smooth surface. Yes, we do our best to always keep a clean dust free area using Osha approved vacuums.

Durable Polyaspartic Coatings
After all prep work is fully done and all repairs are complete the process will continue with making sure area is cleaned. Once area is inspected and good to go, then the Polyurea Base will be rolled out and cut along the edges with a brush making sure every single inch of the area is being coated. As the process of the Polyurea base is being layed out the beautiful decorative flakes take part. Decorative flake chips of the customers choice (shown on home page) will take affect creating a stunning new transformation with vibrant colors. These flake chips with be thrown consistently throughout the area as the project is being completed from start to finish.
After the Decorative flake chips are all throughout the project it's time for the next step. The Polyaspartic specialist (installer) will have special cleats shoes to be able to walk throughout the entire area and using a weighted dry roller to roll back and forth applying pressure to lay all flakes down and make sure the entire area is fully flaked. As this process is being done the installer will also inspect the area making sure the area has a nice heavy layer of decorative flake chips. Once this process is complete the cure time can take from one hour to an hour and a half. The floor will be scrapped and cleaned up. Finally the Transparent coating will be applied. The Polyaspartic coating is what brings everything together giving the decorative flakes more color and also sealing everything off, giving you a nice new beautiful floor. This coating is easy to clean and UV proof, for exterior projects this will have more grip texture to help avoid any slipping that could be caused by weather such as rain or spills.

Cure Time
To walk on your new Polyaspartic floor, allow a 10-hour cure time and 24 hours before driving on it, at which point it will be fully cured.
